Březnice is a village and municipality (obec) in Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 6.9 square kilometres (2.7 sq mi).

Březnice lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) south-west of Tábor, 32 km (20 mi) north of České Budějovice, and 92 km (57 mi) south of Prague.

Quarry with granitic pegmatite vein.
