A beryllium prospect near the summit of Calispell Peak. The mineralization consists of scattered beryl crystals in two pegmatites cutting quartzite. The largest pegmatite is 4'-10' wide and exposed for a distance of 47'. A small cut south of this pegmatite only exposed pegmatite float. The minerals of the pegmatite are zoned with beryl occurring near the center. The beryl crystals are mostly white with some greenish and clear ones. A chip sample across the larger pegmatite of the prospect ran 0.046% BeO. Autunite occurs as well as small coating on the quartz.
