Shear zone-hosted gold-nickel deposit, occurring in the contact zone between ultramafic intrusions and metasedimentary rocks. The mineralization styles include ultramafic hosted primary nickel sulfide-arsenide and secondary laterite-type nickel mineralization, as well as gold-bearing quartz veins.

Located in the border region of Mojiang and Yuanjiang counties.
