A former underground Cu-Ag-Au mine located in the center sec. 13, T3S, R13E, about ¾ mile due E of the Ray Mine and about 2 miles SSW of Scott Mountain, on private land. Produced 1928-1929. Operated by Vanncurer and Porter, P.A. Schilling (1929).

Mineralization is a vein deposit with a tabular ore body. The host rock is unknown, but mineralization is related to Cretaceous-Paleozoic intrusions in the area, such as at the Ray Mine 1 mile W. An associated rock unit is diabase.

Area structures include a NE-trending fault through the mine area that connects to the N-trending Broken Hill Fault system.
